The City of Sioux Falls is again offering a free branch and leaf drop-off site off Lyons Boulevard across from the Sioux Empire Fairgrounds starting April 15 to May 28, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. Each year the Sioux Falls Regional Sanitary Landfill offers a free pass for residents.
